CANCELLATION POLICY AND COOLING OFF PERIOD
When you claim with us as your representative you enter into a legally binding contract. It is important that you make an informed decision about whether you want to make a claim and if you wish to use our service.
You have a right to cancel within 14 days of us receiving your signed Letter of Authority to act on your behalf without having to give any notice and no fees will be payable.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this agreement by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

CANCELLING OUTSIDE THE 14 DAYS COOLING OFF PERIOD
If you cancel outside the 14 day period you can cancel by agreeing to pay us an hourly rate of £30.00 per hour (which will be itemised setting out what the charges relate to) for work completed pursuing Your Claim, if you have discontinued the matter with the Payday Loan Providers.
If you cancel outside the 14 day period detailed above and an offer of compensation has been made our fees will still be payable at 30% from any recovered compensation.
