FAQs

WHY ARE YOU DUE A REFUND?

If you have been accepted for a payday loan and felt as though it was unaffordable, we can assist you in finding out whether you can claim back the interest and charges on your loans, plus, typically, 8% statutory interest.

It's quite simple, that if your lender continued to roll over your loan from month-to-month, with or without asking for your permission, you could be due compensation. Your lender is required to complete a proper affordability check each time to assess that the loan is right for you and that you can afford it (as per the guidelines set out by the FCA on responsible lending).

1000s of people are now claiming back their unfair interest and charges.
